Translo Privacy Policy
How Translo processes information, protects local records, and works with service providers
EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 4 2026
This policy applies to the Translo app and this website. "Translo," "we," and "us" refer to the developers who publish Translo through the Apple App Store. You can contact the developers at [email protected].
We collect only the information required to provide and maintain the translation functionality.
· Text that you enter or paste for translation
· Voice recordings captured through your microphone
· Photos taken with your camera or selected from your photo library
· Device type
· Operating system version
· Application version
· Crash reports

Camera: Enables photo translation. Photo translation cannot be used if camera access is disabled.
Microphone: Enables voice translation. Voice translation cannot be used if microphone access is disabled.
Storage: Allows translation records to be saved and documents to be imported.
You may enable or disable these permissions at any time through your device settings. Disabling a permission will not affect the normal operation of other application features.
The information we collect may be used to:
· Deliver translation services
· Improve application performance and quality
· Protect the security and reliability of our services
· Optimize advertising effectiveness
Local records are protected with iOS File Protection where applicable. Translation requests communicate with the service provider via an encrypted HTTPS connection. No method can be completely secure, and the service provider may retain translation requests in accordance with its service obligations and applicable laws; Translo has no control over this independent retention by the service provider.
Translo is a utility tool for general users and is not intended for children under 13 years of age. Do not submit confidential, regulated, or highly sensitive information to the online translation function unless you have been authorized and accept the above-mentioned provider's handling methods.
You remain in control of the permissions granted to this application. Camera, microphone, and storage access can be enabled or disabled at any time through your device's system settings.
To limit the use of your device's advertising data, open:
Settings > Privacy & Security > Advertising
Then activate "Limit Ad Tracking."
After this setting is enabled, the system will prevent the application from accessing your Advertising Identifier (IDFA). As a result, third-party advertisers will not be able to use your activity on this application to provide personalized advertisements.
Where applicable, you may exercise the following rights:
· Access: Ask for a copy of the personal data we maintain about you.
· Correction: Request that inaccurate or incomplete information be updated.
· Deletion: Ask us to remove your personal data.
