Translo Terms of Use
Terms governing your use of the Translo iPhone app and related websites

By downloading, accessing, or using Translo, you agree to these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. "Translo," "we," and "us" refer to the developer who publishes Translo through the Apple App Store. You can contact the developer at [email protected].
Pursuant to these terms and Apple App Store rules, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Translo on Apple devices that you own or control. Except as permitted by law, you may not sell, rent, sublicense, reverse engineer, breach security controls, or use the app to build competing datasets or services.

Text and image translation depends on Baidu Translate and network availability. Voice recognition and object recognition depend on the capabilities of compatible Apple devices. Some features may be unavailable, delayed, have limited speed, or be subject to change. Inaccuracies or inapplicability to specific contexts may exist.
· Do not use Translo in violation of laws, privacy, intellectual property rights, export restrictions, or the rights of others.
· Do not submit malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, overload the translation service, or bypass technical restrictions.
· Do not secretly record audio or take photographs without consent.
You retain all rights to the content you submit. You grant Translo and its translation service providers limited permissions to process that content so that they can provide the functionality you request. See the Privacy Policy for details on data processing. Do not submit confidential information, credentials, protected health information, or other sensitive content to the online translation service.
Translo's original interface and code are protected by applicable law. Vocabulary resources remain subject to their respective license notices, which can be viewed within the application. Third-party names are used only to identify compatibility or service providers and do not represent Translo's endorsement of them.
We may maintain, modify, suspend, or terminate certain features for security, compliance, supplier changes, or product operation needs. We do not guarantee the continued availability of all features, languages, system voices, or services in every region or on every device.
You may stop using Translo at any time and delete local data or the app in Settings. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary, such as to address abuse, security concerns, service provider requests, or legal obligations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Translo services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, or error-free results. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law.
